Beef filet

Ingredients

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Filets- a bit thicker
  • 1 T fleur de sol salt
  • 1 T fresh ground pepper

Directions

  1. In cast iron skillet -heat skillet to very hot

  2. No oil-put in filets a sear 2 minutes on each top and bottom

  3. Sear sides 2 minutes each around sides of filet

  4. Put skillet in oven and cook until internal temp about 125 degrees
