sautéed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • shallots-optional
  • 3-4 different kinds of mushrooms
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 1/2-3/4 C chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Saute shallots in small amount oil

  2. Saute mushrooms and butter, salt and pepper for around 8 minutes

  3. Add fresh garlic and saute 1 minute more

  4. Add parsley and more salt to taste
