Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lbs. split chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350. Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil and salt and pepper. Add to the air fryer basket in an even layer and cook until golden and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side. Increase the fryer to 400 and continue cooking until the wings are crisp, 5-7 more minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter with hot sauce. Toss the warm wings with the sauce. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
