Moo Goo Gai Pan

Ingredients

  • Cooking oil
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • 2 C broccoli florets
  • 8 oz bamboo shoots, drained
  • 8 oz water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • l lb chicken in strips
  • 1 T corn starch
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1T oyster sauce
  • 1 T rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 C chicken broth

Directions

  1. Heat veggies in oil until broccoli is tender

  2. Set aside

  3. Saute chicken in oil and garlic

  4. Make sauce with cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar and chicken broth

  5. Pour over chicken and add vegetables
