Chicken & Mexican Rice

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups water
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cups uncooked white rice
  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen corn
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 packet shakn bake chicken seasoned coating mix, savory roast

Directions

  1. Add water and butter to 13×9 baking dish. Stir in rice, corn salsa, spread evenly in baking dish.

  2. Shake chicken with coating mix. Place chicken on rice mixture

  3. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
