Classic Guacamole

POINTS® Value: 2
Level of Difficulty: Easy
Having a party? This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. Skip the tortilla chips and serve with fresh vegetables for dipping. Or spoon onto 1/4-inch-thick cucumber slices.
Some cooks believe that keeping an avocado pit in the guacamole will prevent it from turning brown. Give it a try but make sure to remove the pit before serving.
