pizza crust

Ingredients

  • 6 C flour
  • 2 C warm water
  • 3 t yeast
  • 1T olive oil
  • 2 t salt
  • olive oil to line bowl

Directions

  1. mix water, olive oil, salt and 1/2 of the flour

  2. add 1/4 C flour at a time after that and mix in

  3. until smooth

  4. knead

  5. proof in bowl

  6. divide into portions and roll what is needed
  7. can proof another 1/2 hour before rolling
