Squash Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 sm. yellow squash
  • 3 T. flour rounded
  • 0.5 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1 lg. can evaporated milk, may be skim

Directions

  1. ok squash in water until done. Put all ingredients in blender. Mix well and pour in an 8.5″ × 8.5″ greased casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
