Simple Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1can cream of chicken soup
  • 1C milk
  • 1/2 t dried thyme
  • 2C cubed, cooked chicken
  • 2C frozen mixed vegetables
  • 12count pkg of refrigerated biscuits

Directions

  1. In 8” square baking dish, mix soup, milk and thyme.

  2. Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables.

  3. Bake at 375 until hot.

  4. Top with biscuits and bake as directed for biscuits until golden.
