Strawberry Shell Topping

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. chopped white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries

Directions

  1. Combine white chocolate, coconut oil and salt in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water (do not let the bowl touch the water). Stir until melted and smooth, then remove the bowl from the pan. Grind freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor, then stir into the warm sauce. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Let the sauce cool 15 minutes before using.
