Pesto Pizza

  • 1 cup Basic Pesto (see recipe)
  • French bread loaf
  • 1/2 lb. sliced capicola
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Chopped basil, for topping


  1. Split French bread loaf in half lengthwise and brush the cut sides with pesto. Top with capicola, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan. Broil until the cheese melts. Top with chopped basil.
