Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients

  • Bacon, chopped and fried
  • Minced garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c parmesan
  • Pasta (I use Healthy Noodles for Keto)
  • More parmesan and chopped parsley on top

Directions

  1. Cook pasta til al dente. Fry bacon, when done add garlic and saute.

  2. Add cooked pasta, toss and add egg/parm mixture, toss. Top with more parmesan and chopped parsley.
