Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond/Oat milk
  • 1+ cup cold water
  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop Origan Smoothie Powder
  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • A handful of kale
  • 2 Tablespoons ground Flax Seed (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seed (optional)
  • Top with granola and/or fresh fruit like berries or sliced bananas

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a good blender.

  2. Top with granola or fresh fruit
