Chicken Cordon Bleu

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 oz sliced cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 4 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 6 Tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp salad oil/olive oil


  1. Pound chicken breasts thin. Mix ham and one-half of cheese together Put ham mixture in center of chicken breast and roll up. Stir egg, milk, and oil together in a bowl. Set aside. Mix bread crumbs with rest of the cheese and spread on wax paper. Dip chicken breast in egg mixture and the roll in breadcrumb mixture. Put in pan and bake at 425˚ for 15 minutes. Add 15 minutes if adding more chicken breasts.
