BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of Ribs (approx 6 lbs)
  • 1/2 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1-2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 275.

  2. Rinse & pat dry ribs and remove membrane.

  3. Combine seasoning, rub ribs & wrap tightly in foil.

  4. Place meat-side up on baking sheet.

  5. Bake 3 hours for spare ribs / 2 hours for baby-back ribs.

  6. Open foil & drain liquid.

  7. Brush on BBQ sauce and broil 5 minutes.

  8. Rest 5-10 minutes.
