Chocolate Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/3 C Sugar
  • 1/3 C melted Butter
  • Filling
  • 2 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Cocoa
  • 1 C Semi-sweet Morsels
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • Chocolate Chips to decorate top

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients.

  2. Press mixture on bottom and half way up a 9" springform pan.

  3. Pre-heat oven to 375.

  4. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, 3/4 C sugar and 1 tsp vanilla until light & fluffy.

  5. Add eggs, beat until smooth.

  6. Stir in chocolate chips.

  7. Pour into crust & bake for 20 minutes.

  8. Remove from oven & cool 15 minutes.

  9. ease oven temperature to 425.

  10. Combine sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar & vanilla, stir until smooth.

  11. Spread over cheesecake.

  12. Bake 10 minutes.

  13. Loosen cake from rim & cool.

  14. Decorate top with additional chocolate chips.

  15. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
