pizza crust- thin

Ingredients

  • makes 1 crust
  • 1/3 C warm water
  • 3/4 t instant yeast
  • 1 C unbleached flour
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1 1/2 T olive oil

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 450 with pizza stone also in oven

  2. whisk together yeast and warm water

  3. add remaining dry ingredients to yeast water

  4. Pat ball into disk and place on floured parchment paper

  5. Rest 30 minute

  6. Roll disk between 2 pieces of greased parchment-into 12 inch circle

  7. Put sauce and toppings on crust

  8. Transfer parchment and all to hot pizza stone

  9. Bake 10-12 minutes
