Hash Brown Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen Hash Browns partially thawed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pint Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C chopped Onion
  • 1/2 C melted Butter + 3 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 can (10oz) Cream of Chicken/Cheese/Celery Soup
  • 2 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3 C Corn Flakes, crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix all together & put in greased casserole

  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

  4. at last minute top with corn flakes combined w/ 3 Tbsp melted butter
