Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8-9 Red Potatoes
  • 1 C Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes with skins on until tender

  2. In sauce pan, combine milk, cream, cheese & spices

  3. Cook over medium heat until cheese melts, do not boil

  4. Slice potatoes (use food processor)

  5. Put potatoes in a well greased 9×13 casserole dish, cover with sauce

  6. Dot with butter & paprika

  7. Bake uncovered for 350 for 1 hour
