Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

  • 48 Mini Reese's Cups
  • 1 roll (14 oz) refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough


  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Spray mini muffin cups with cooking spray

  3. Slice cookie roll into 1/2" slices

  4. Cut each slice into quarters

  5. Place each quarter in a muffin cup

  6. Bake 8-10 minutes

  7. Remove from oven & immediately press one PB cup down into baked dough

  8. Let cool in refrigerator until chocolate becomes dull

  9. Gently lift from muffin pan
