Ingredients

  • 4 8-oz T-bone steaks, trimmed

Directions

  1. Coat the grill rack with nonstick spray. Preheat the grill.

  2. Place the steaks on the prepared rack and cook, turning once, until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 145 for medium-rare, about 10 minutes; 160 for medium, about 12 minutes.
