Chocolate Covered Cherries

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle brand milk
  • 2 boxes powdered sugar
  • 2 c chopped pecans
  • 2 c coconut
  • 1/2 c or more maraschino cherries, chopped
  • Chocolate Covering
  • 3 (6 oz) pkgs chocolate chips
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 sticks gulf wax

Directions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl and chill then roll into balls the size of a nickel and chill again. While balls are chilling mix chocolate covering in a double boiler, dip balls into covering and put on wax paper
