Pizza Crust

Cook time: 10 minutes


  • 1 pkg dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • pinch of salt


  1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm hills

  2. Add sugar and let stand 10 minutes

  3. Add remaining water, flour and salt

  4. Mix until the the dough is smooth, it will still be sticky

  5. place dough in a greased bowl

  6. cover and let it rise until double about an hour

  7. Divide the dough in half and let stand 10 min

  8. You can roll out and make two 8 in crust or you can just spread it on a jelly roll pan

  9. add all toppings you want

  10. bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes
