chocolate glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces coarsely chopped chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C heavy cream

Directions

  1. Put chocolate chips in bowl

  2. Heat cream to boiling

  3. Pour over chips and whisk until smooth.

  4. Let cool and thicken for 2-3 minutes but still pourable
