chullah bread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c water
  • 1 pack yeast
  • 1 t sugar
  • proof
  • 3 1/2 all purpose flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 t sugar
  • Put into mixer-stir
  • Add yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T cannola oil
  • Mix on medium for about 5 minutes
  • LET RISE IN GREASED BOWL
  • Flour board
  • Cut dough into 3 pieces
  • 3 balls
  • Roll each bown into snake
  • BRAID-tuck into end and under loaf
  • Spray with olive oil
  • Let sit for 45 minutes
  • Bake with egg wash and sesame seeds-2 T
  • Bake
