Deviled Eggs

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • paprika to taste

Directions

  1. Boil eggs for 7 minutes.

  2. Place eggs in ice bath for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Deshell eggs, cut eggs in half, take out yolks and place into separate bowl.

  4. Wisk mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and yolks until smooth.

  5. Place mix into piping bag and pip into the egg whites.

  6. Sprinkle with paprika to taste.
