Ingredients
- boil diced potatoes
- pat dry well after draining
- melt 1-2 T butter and brush on potatoes which are on baking sheet with parchment
- Bake 450 for 45 minutes turning 1/2 way in-between
- SAUCE
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- maybe 1 T sugar
- at least 1 T white vinegar
- paprika
- 1 chopped shallot
- Seve warm
