Ricotta & Spinach Cannelloni

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and cooked
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bottled tomato-based pasta sauce to taste
  • fresh lasagna sheets

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Mix spinach, cheese, basil, and salt and pepper.

  3. Spread filling on lasagna sheets and roll into tubes.

  4. Pour some pasta sauce on the bottom of dish, and lay the cannelloni on top.

  5. Pour more pasta sauce over the top of the cannelloni to cover for moisture.

  6. Bake about 30 minutes, then let stand for 10 minutes to cool before serving.
