Ingredients

  • Clams
  • Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Put clams in collandar in dutch oven pan.

  2. Dissolve 2 Tbsp Salt in 4 C of Water x 3

  3. Let clams sit on counter for 1 hour

  4. Wash each clam w/ a brush under cold running water.

  5. Put clams in single layer in pot w/ drainer insert.

  6. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Shake pot & 2-3 more minutes.
