Quiche Lorrain

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 7.5 oz crab meat
  • 8 oz shredded swiss
  • 1/3 c diced green onion
  • 3 - 4 strips cooked bacon
  • 9" pie crust

Directions

  1. Mix mayo, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, cheese, green onion and bacon. Pour into 9" pie crust. Bake at 350F 40-45 min.
