Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • Makes two 8" double crusts or one and one half 9" double crust
  • 3 C Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/3 C Crisco
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp COLD water

Directions

  1. In large bowl combine flour, salt & Crisco

  2. Use pastry blender until crumbly

  3. In separate bowl combine egg, vinegar & COLD water

  4. Add liquid mixture to flour mixture until dough forms (don’t over mix)

  5. Roll out between waxed paper using flour
