Turnip and Rocket Risotto

  • 12 oz turnips
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 pints stock
  • 2 oz unsalted butter
  • 11 oz Arborio rice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 2 oz parmesan, grated
  • 125 ml double cream or creme fraiche
  • lemon juice
  • 2 large handfuls of rocket leaves
