frosting wilton recipe/buttercreme

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C butter-room temp
  • 1/2 C vegetable lard-
  • 1 t clear vanilla extract
  • 4 C sifted confectioners sugar
  • 2 T milk

Directions

  1. Beat lard and butter on medium speed- scraping bowl sides and bottom well

  2. add vanilla and beat

  3. GO TO LOW ON MIXER SPEED

  4. add confectioners sugar 1/2 C at a time

  5. Then add milk 1 tablespoon at a time

  6. Good for frosting and piping
