Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 jalapenos (with seeds for extra hot)
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • handful of parsley

Directions

  1. Chop all the veggies to your desired size and add in liquids and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to let the flavors blend.
