Leftover Meatloaf Skillet

Ingredients

  • butter or margarine
  • 2-3 slices of leftover meatloaf
  • 1 box of frozen mini cheddar and potato pierogies
  • ketchup (to taste)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat butter or margarine in skillet until melted.

  2. Pour frozen pierogies into skillet. Saute for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Mash meatloaf slices into small pieces with a fork.

  4. Add mashed meatloaf to skillet and continue to saute and stir mixture.

  5. Pour ketchup over pierogie and meatloaf mixture. Stir and saute until ketchup is absorbed into the mix.

  6. Spread cheese over the mixture. Cover and remove from heat.

  7. Serve when the cheese has melted.
