Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions

  1. Mix margarine, sugar, corn syrup, and salt in large saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Pour over 2 gallons of popped corn. Stir well.

  2. Spread on 2 cookie sheets. Put in 200° oven for 30-45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and cool. Store in covered container to keep crisp.
