Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Great with chips or over grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tomatillos, husked and rinsed
  • 2-3 serrano chiles
  • 3/4 cup cilantro, fresh leaves (1 bunch)
  • 1 lime (to squeeze the juice from)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Juice the lime.

  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée.
