No-Bake Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla or white chips
  • 2 pkg. (8oz ea.) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 carton (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9inch)
  • 1/3 cup toffee bits or almond brickle

Directions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, melt chips over medium-low heat; stir until smoothe.

  2. Remove from the heat; stir in cream cheese until smooth.

  3. Fold in whipped topping and pour over crust.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set.

  5. Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits.
