Ninety Minute Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Crisco
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4 1/2 to 5 cups flour

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in water and add all other ingredients and mix well.

  2. Let rise 20 minutes.

  3. Shape into rolls.

  4. Let rise 30 minutes.

  5. ke 15 minutes at 425.

  6. You may need more flour to make the dough the right consistency (should be only slightly sticky, spray your hands w/ pam and dough will not stick to your hands).
