Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1" strips
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 C. water
- 1 T. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 T. soy sauce
Directions

In nonstick skillet, heat oil and brown steak stirring occasionally. Remove steak from skillet and set aside. Stir in broccoli and soup mix blended with water, brown sugar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Return steak to skillet and cook 1 minute or until steak is done.
