Pot Pie Soup

Ingredients

  • Apprx. 2 cups of Frozen pre-cooked chicken pieces
  • ( I used tyson's diced chicken breat)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper, and onion powder (to taste)
  • 1 lg can of chicken broth
  • 1 can of chicken gravy
  • 1 can of peas (don't drain)
  • 1 can of white corn (don't drain)
  • 3 potatoes cut into small chunks

Directions

  1. put all of the ingrediants except the potatoes and gravy in a large

  2. pot and bring to a rolling boil. Add potatoes and cook until broth has

  3. boiled down and potatoes are almost done. Add gravy and cook for

  4. another ten minutes or so.

  5. I serve this with an instant cornbread sruffing mix but it is good by

  6. itself too. If you want it thinner add water. If you want it thicker

  7. add a bit of cornstartch mixed with cold water while it’s boiling. Add

  8. slowly, stir in until you see it thickening and then turn off and set

  9. for a few minutes.
