Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Orange Supreme cake mix with pudding
- 1/2 c. oil
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c chopped pecans or English Walnuts
- 1/2 c shredded coconut
- FROSTING
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 large can about 1315 0z. well drained, crushed pineapple
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 small can mandarin oranges drained well and dried on paper towels
- 1/4 c shredded coconut

Beat cake mix, oil, eggs ,nuts coconut and oranges for 2 min. Bake in a 9 × 13

inch pan in a 350 oven for 30 to 40 min. Let cool.

FROSTING: Put Cool Whip in a large bowl add pudding mix and mix with mixer

for 2 min Add rest of ingredients Mix all together with a spoon. Spread over cooled cake.

Refrigerate. Sprinkle top with coconut
