Coconut Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix - (French Vanilla)
  • 1 container French Vanilla frosting
  • 1 can Lopez cream of coconut
  • 1 package shredded coconut
  • food color (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare cake mix as directed on box. When cake is done, remove from oven

  2. and poke holes in it with a straw. Pour cream of coconut into holes

  3. while cake is still hot. Let cake cool to room temperature and then

  4. frost.

  5. Pour shredded coconut over whole cake. Food color is in case you want to

  6. color the coconut.
