LC Special Saucy Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup homemade ketchup or 1/2 cup chili sauce or 1/4 cup of each
  • 1 cup sugar free sweet pickle relish (or dill pickle relish)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup and/or chili sauce, relish, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined, and serve.

  2. Approximately 10 grams carbs per 1/4 cup.
