You might need to buy:
- coarsely ground salt to sprinkle on meat just before cooking
- vegetable oil
- lemon zest
- fresh rosemary
- ground black pepper
- honey
- dijon mustard
- This is sufficient marinade for 2 x 600g pieces of boned lamb
