Salmon to Die For

  • salmon filet
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper, fresh ground


  1. Generously coat salmon filet with olive oil, then sprinkle liberally with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.

  2. Broil salmon (without turning) between 15 and 25 minutes, depending on thickness. It should be golden on the top and done all the way.
