- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope chili con carne seasoning
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 15.5 oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

In a nonstick skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring constantly to break up the meat, then drain off any fat. Stir in the seasoning, tomatoes, beans, and 1/2 cup water. Cover and summer gently, stirring often, until the beef is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
