Ingredients
- 1 cup dracker or bread crumbs
- 1 can (1 lb.) asparagus spears, drained
- 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated American cheese
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a greased shallow baking dish with 3/4 of the bread crumbs. place asparagus spears, egg slices and American cheese in alternate layers on top of bread crumbs.

Combine soup, milk, salt, and pepper. mix well until smooth. Pour evenly over asparagus mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
