- Real Homemade Bagels (see recipe), toasted
- 2 tbsp. Pistachio Pesto (see recipe)
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices bacon, cooked
- Fried egg
- 2 tsp fresh snipped chives

Spread bagel bottom with pesto. Top with tomato, bacon, fried egg and chives. Add bagel top.
