Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. salted butter, softened
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp thyme, chopped
- Large pinch of cayenne
- 6 ears of corn, shucked and cut into 2-inch pieces
Directions

Mash butter with honey, thyme and cayenne. Grill corn on oiled grates over medium heat, turning, until tender and charred, 8-10 minutes. Serve with the honey-thyme butter.
